This was made with our old photo camera - the $@%"#$* thing would or would not start at its own will and keeps shutting down after a few seconds. Bad quality too. But I put it up anyway ;)
I was doubting it would go, especially because in the last 3 months I've lost about 8kg weight and am down to an all time low of 57kg now, but having training partners today (a rare occasion) really psyched me into trying, and I'm very glad I did :)
Looking strong Gabi! I keep losing weight too (and I'm not even trying). I figure by the time I get to RKC, I might only have to complete a dozen snatches in total!! =)
Thank you, Fawn, this is a great Club :) It was a secret (and seemingly unrealistic) dream of me to make it there in one year, something I hardly even dared to talk about.
Howie, I didn't mean to, either, although I did pay attention to eating cleaner. But my training wolume kept increasing, while, as I'm on the WD and eat only once a day, my calorie intake didn't rise significally. I think, as long as it has no negative influence on your performance you don't have to worry about it :)
RKC in Deutschland - Should you find yourself in Bavaria...
A commented training log in the first place. But knowing me, anything can turn up, just like in a bazaar... :) Please feel free to chime in, comment, question, criticize, advise, suggest.
