I'm leaving for Budapest later today. I'm staying at my best friend's place - all I'll have access to is going to be her 8kg kettlebell.
So I did one last heavy swing workout:
#1
two handed swing ladders, 15:15
10 swings @20kg
10 swings @24kg
10 dbl. swings @2*16kg
10 swings @24kg
8 times through + one finishing set @20kg, 16,5min
#2
two hand transfers, 30:30, alternating
20 swings @20kg
20swings @24kg
10 times each, 20min
A big breath... and packing :)

The volume of your workouts is amazing. Have fun!! [waving you off] Don't forget to write!! And good luck!!!
Howie,
Having 700-something reps in a workout is nothing special "by my standards", so to say, I've often had 1000 to 1600 reps in an hour. But then I've always had lighter bells (16kg, or 12kg, too) in my ladders.
Here I only used 20kg and up, also, I've never incorporated double 16s swings into a timed routine before.
It was a proof I haven't lost strength by going down to 120lb, and that's good news at this point :)
What can I say, you are an inspiration to me!
