Low volume, low intensity

Do you remember this? :)))




I've almost forgotten, how much fun kettlebell juggling is :)
After goofing around a half an hour or so with the 8kg and 12kg I also did a couple of flip swings and jerks @16kg and some swings, two and one handed, @32 kg.
A new handle rips well, so sanding is the order of the day :)

rythymic kettlebell juggling.cool. I also love kb juggling, it reminds me so much of gymnastics but it inevitably overuses my biceps and elbow flexors and causes shoulder problems for me. even in small amounts.
just another thing I love but cannot do.Oh well I can still snatch :))

you can never know, times are changing, and you have already made amazing progress, see the snatches (but not only). Or, even just a couple of weeks ago, you were still firmly convinced yoga was nothing for you :)
