I reached the point with my ab wheel "roll-out,hold out and back" that I can keep the hold out to where my shoulders now give out before my abs.
I know you already have a ton of stuff and are already doing a ton of stuff. Well here goes anyway:
I actually have a power-wheel which allows you to slip your feet into them and perform a power wheel crawl in the pushup plank position. It is one of the greatest exercises every invented and I can't recommend it highly enough.
I also have the power wheel, but somehow haven't used it in ages. Seeing this post it reminds me to start using it. A great combo I used was the power wheel and the power pushup 2 (cable resistance for pushups), strapped the pw to the feet and get in pushup position with the ppu2. Perfrom a knee tuck and when back in pu position perfrom a pushup. What I remember was that it hitted a lot of muscles. Should start using it again so thanks for reminding.
first of all, you DO look great, second, you ARE getting leaner again, day by day, no question. Of all people, you know best, how to do it! 'The amount of food you eat defines your size, the training you do defines your body composition', who has taught me this, can you guess? :) I've lost about 20 lbs in 3 months without trying by your darn 45min+ weight ladder swing routines, lol!

Damn, I want to get lean again! Yes, the training accomplishments are great, but I want to look great! Sorry. I'm just a girl!
