Thank you all,
I just regret I haven't started with taping earlier... I've never seen myself "in action" before, and there were quite some surprises, you can imagine.

Franklin, I'm so glad you say this, I'm really serious about learning the jerk properly and I often feel uncertain if I'm on the right track with them.

Howie, if it helps you to get them hooked, you can tell them there were times I weighed 240lb+... ;) (A fact I usually don't 'advertize', unless it might help somebody make up their minds.)

Mark, it might sound a commonplace, but I do believe one should "do or do not, there's no try...". Time is precious, whatever you invest it in, you should make sure to make the best of it, or it's basically wasted.
As I like to put it: "If you insert half the price into the slot of the Coke vending machine, you won't get one half of the bottle, will you?" :)

OK, one more "Wow"! And I like the Yoda reference too!

videoing yourself is an invaluable training tool. I only WISH I had had such things available when I was a gymnast. It would have helped me progress much quicker.
seeing yourself helps you put the 'feelings' of where you are in space with the 'reality' of what it looks like.can make for some immediate technique breakthoughs.

Mark,

you bring it to the point.
Proprioception is not so easy to sharpen.
I even might make a habit of videoing future clients, too - a powerful feedback.

Howie,
yes, that's the beeping mini-monster :)
