Things are better from the neck upwards, but worse everywhere else: muscle cramps. Sneezing, coughing or laughing --> the whole abdominal wall; any sudden movement or attempt to lift anything heavier than 1 lb --> all back muscles on that side; walking faster than 1 mph --> both calves. "I'm getting the joke, I just don't like it..." :)

I can't say everything is back to normal yet but I definitely feel a lot better, so there's hope :)
