band pullups: 4, 3, 3, 2, 1
VO2Max, 15:15 @16kg
30 sets of 8
15min, 240 snatches
That elbow issue is still lurking in the background: the pullups were no problem, but my snatches are a bit slower on that side, at the top. Not much, I still got all 8 reps in, but... dunno. I decided better not to push it and stopped at 'comfortable' 30 sets.

Its pretty amazing that one can speak non-nonchalantly about stopping only after a mere 240 16kg snatches .. great work!
I still remember the first time I snatched the 16kg for a hundred reps and wanted to crawl in a hole and die afterward.
With palms facing upward and arms outstretched, is the elbow tenderness on the inside or outside of the elbow? (Unfortunately I know this injury all too well.)
Thank you, Franklin,
oh, I remember my first attempt at the RKC snatch test (I needed 60 @12kg)... Gosh, was I wasted!
As for the elbow, it's more of a diffuse discomfort in the middle of the joint, a few spots around the sharp edge that are sensitive on palpation and it radiates along the ulna towards the wrist.
I have a client who uses LLLT in his praxis, he says it's neither tennis nor golfer's, rather something periosteal. I've already gotten a couple of 'beams' today, more to come tomorrow and Friday, and then we'll see.
