How is the kettlebell movement over there in your country and in Europe?

Seems like it is spreading like wildfire, right?

Oh yes, the presses are necessary, the flip thing was fun, but I definitely feel it today :)

As for the KB movement, we are of course busy spreading the word, but word of mouth is way more powerful. Getting a handful addicted by producing results is the key to exponential growth. Like I'm getting emails from people that heard high praises for it at a hair salon, a repair center, a grocery shop... :)
