I had actually planned to do a bit more but it simply fried my grip pretty soon, so, after a few minutes rest, I switched to two-hand transfers @16kg:

360 24kg swings in 18 minutes is outstanding! But then you go and throw in another 500 16kg swings just for the heck of it .. now that's insane!

as for building/maintaining work capacity, high rep swings with a decent weight are the best I know of, so I try and get them in at least once a week.
